ICON 2004 Bootleg
Hallelujah! Go tell it on the mountain and shout it from every rooftop. I’ve finally got some downloadable content on my website! Yes… shocking I know. There’s more to come but for now, here you are. Anyway, the first and only clip currently available for download is that of ICON 2004, the Role-playing, comic book, anime, card-playing etc. festival I attend every year in July. However, 2004 was the first time I ever attended it. It was also the first year I ever got roped into doing stand up comedy for a room full of friends, all joined together under the banner of all things geek.
Now there are some things you should know: Firstly, I had a bad cold at the time. My voice was all but gone. Secondly, no one told me I’d be asked to do stand up for the crowd. It seemed like a spur of the moment thing. I happened by the awards tent at the right time and well, there you are then. In the end it all turned out great. In case you’re wondering about the odd fade ins and outs - the cameras battery was near death when the show was taped and with its last gasp, it was used to record this set. So, to all those of you who attend ICON every year, thanks for laughing and for your support. To those who have never seen me perform, now you have. And to those who have never seen me before, welcome and enjoy the show. Be well.
A very special thanks to Riaan for having the presence of mind to record my set. You rock dude. Thank you so much. And to Graham for slugging it out with uncooperative encoding software, may the Pink Esoteric Elephant of Silliness and Laughter watch over you always!

Cool Runnings, Centurion
This collection of clips is taken from a set I did at Cool Runnings in Centurion near Pretoria. It was a great night with a lively crowd. Sounds like the review for a new wine, doesn’t it? Anyway… Other comics on the bill were Stacey (I hope I got the spelling right) Sacks with comedy ventriloquist Conrad Koch doing the hosting. Thanks guys. It was a fun night and great to share the stage with you both. Thanks again to Riaan for filming my set. And again, a big thank you to Graham for arguing with the software monster and getting the clips ready. Happy downloading! Be well, peace.

SAfm Interview, December 2005
On the 11th of December 2005 I did an interview with SAfm on their show, A Design For Life. Douglas Kruger is the interviewer. I had a good time and it was great exposure. Mostly, it was a kick to get calls from people I'd lost touch with telling me they'd heard me on the radio.
A special thank you to Alistair Plint for organising me the interview (Thank you muchly buddy boy!) and to SAfm for having me. Graham, thanks again for being the encoding God you are and for your continued support. The site shall not stagnate!
Well, here it is. Go on. Download it! You know you want to. See you all soon. Peace.

Comedy Nine Nine - Arts Alive 2005
Hey there.
The clips you are about to download are taken from the Arts Alive/YFM's Comedy Nine-Nine Comedy Show done on Sunday September 4th 2005 at The Bassline in Newtown, Johannesburg as part of The Johannesburg Arts Alive International Festival.
The festival itself is an annual occurrence and is devoted to bringing culture to Joburg and also to highlighting the existing talent that flourishes in this thriving metropolis. I believe they do it rather well. 2005 was the first year they decided to incorporate stand up comedy into their schedule and I would sincerely like to thank the organisers for placing their faith in all the comics and also in this
occasionally misunderstood art form.
To all the comics whom I shared the stage with that night, thank you. It was an honour and a privilege. A very special thanks goes out to Kedibone Mulaudzi for both asking me to be a part of that night and for getting so many comedians to join in. And once again, a big thank you and a great bowing down must go to Graham for making the encoding, posting and running-of-site noises.
Enjoy.
Download.
Have a laugh
That’s an order.
Peace.

ICON 2005 Bootleg
So here it is. The footage from my set at ICON 2005 wherein I wax lyrical
about many a wondrous thing including the defining marks of identifying
role players, dice hoarders and geeks of all shapes and sizes.
It was a truly brilliant night and thanks again to everyone that makes ICON such a
great place to come to every year. Special thanks to Grant Charlton for
asking me back each year and also to Riaan Berg for taping the set.
Without you there's no show and no footage. As always, thanks to Saint Myn
for making all the conversion, uploading and website noises.
But enough gushing... On with the show. Be Well. Peace.

ICON 2006 Bootleg
Another ICON and another set to add to the list.
Once again, many thanks to the lads and ladies attending the ICON 2006 prize giving and dinner. Without you, I'm just some nut in a tent talking to himself.
Great thanks also to Riaan for taping the another set and a special thanks to Graham for turning the raw footage into something downloadable. And now to those of you who have bandwidth to spare I say, "Gentleman, start your downloads!!!"
